Well, at the moment the soundtrack to our lives is Foreigner, the fabulous new VON SPAR long-player, which comes out on May 28. Before the dauntless quartet releases the full package, the 12″ trOOps will hit the streets. This one comes with two real deep cosmic exercises by Prince Language and one dry cool slamming Rebolledo remix. Those who have followed the VON SPAR tribe over the last years know that the boys from Berlin and Cologne also like motion pictures, too. Now the airplane-crashing cyber-video for the their last single HyBoLT is nominated for the MuVi award at the famous International Short Film Festival Oberhausen. As we all know: these days, you no longer join a trail to the west in order to challenge new frontiers. Instead you dive into technology. That’s why KREIDLER are playing their first ever Iphone concert, as part of the Night of the Museums in Düsseldorf. The concert is taking place on May 8 at the NRW-Forum and we all wonder how it will sound. More cosmic? More digital? More Afro-digital? Will they jack? And where will the percussion attacks come from? Surprise, surprise…
